We’re looking for an enthusiastic, numbers driven and creative Paid Media Executive to join our digital team and help us take our clients’ paid marketing campaigns to the next level. You’ll be working closely with the Strategy Manager, and your focus will be to manage efficient acquisition as well as brand awareness campaigns - mainly through Meta platforms, but also occasionally paid search/display campaigns using Google Ads.
We’re always open to try new ideas and strategies (as long as budget allows) and you’re highly encouraged to use your creativity and knowledge of market trends to initiate new ideas and activations!
Role: Paid Media Executive
Salary: £21,000 - £25,000
Start: April - May 2022
Location: Shoreditch, London (3 days in office, 2 days WFH)
Holidays: 20 days not including public holidays, your birthday and our 2-week break over the Christmas period.
Responsibilities
Campaign planning & setup, management and optimisation of paid social campaigns (and when needed paid search and display campaigns)
Adopt a continuous “test and learn” approach - everything from audiences, creative, captions/copy etc.
Measure the performance of digital marketing efforts using Google Analytics, Shopify etc.
Prepare performance reports and provide analysis, insights and recommendations to maximise results and reach targets
Support the creation of digital media assets for all campaigns. We have design and production teams in-house that execute on creative requirements.
Keeping up to date with the latest industry and competitor trends and participate in developing effective paid media strategies
Write engaging ad copy in line with client tone of voice (together with our copywriter)
Requirements
1+ years of experience in managing B2C paid media accounts with a track record in generating successful conversion campaigns
A strong knowledge of Facebook Business & Ads Manager
Knowledge of tracking pixels, UTM parameters and basic code implementation
Strong analytical skills with an ability to analyse and draw insights from data sets
Working knowledge of Google Ads, Pinterest & TikTok
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of email marketing is a plus
Ability to work to deadlines and effectively multi-task a variety of clients in a fast-paced environment
Naturally eager to learn, improve, and test new things
Degree educated with relevant work experience is preferred
